Charming stay with unexpected noise

The hotel grounds were beautifully landscaped, creating a tranquil oasis amidst city life. The staff was incredibly attentive, especially Alfredo, who made my stay enjoyable with his warm demeanor.

Unfortunately, the busy street next to the hotel caused noisy disturbances at night due to municipal work. Additionally, my room lacked some basic amenities such as a refrigerator and extra towels.

Very noisy street-facing rooms!!! Limited parking space and confusing access arrangements!!! The tiny French balcony is misleading—real balconies available but not offered initially!!!

Positive, Great location! Just a couple of minutes to the bus station and central square. The historic feel added charm. The staff was super friendly and attentive. I loved my cozy Queen Room with Balcony. So peaceful despite the busy street nearby! Perfect for my 3-night solo trip.

I stayed in a King Room with Balcony for 4 nights. The space had great amenities like air conditioning, a nice private bathroom, and a cozy seating area. The balcony was perfect for relaxing. The hot tub was a nice touch too! The outdoor swimming pool was beautiful, and the grounds were well kept.

Just a reliable pick for a weekend adventure in Cuernavaca with high value for money. The outdoor area was nice to unwind after a day of exploring. Make sure to arrive early for parking. it can get tricky.
